RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate new insurance sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- New York Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- New York Life, Accident & Health Insurance License (must be able to obtain).
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
